Sydney serves as Director of Operations at Seven Hills Capital, where she focuses on strategic planning for internal teams as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. With over 5 years of healthcare services experience, she leads efforts on creating and implementing firm policies, managing relationships with external partners, evaluating performance and monitoring firm finances.

Prior to joining Seven Hills, Sydney worked in Marketing and Business Development at various AmLaw 100 firms in their Healthcare departments, where she assisted with new client recruitment, pricing proposals, and rankings submissions.

Sydney is originally from Virginia and holds a BA in Spanish Business from Florida State University. Outside of Seven Hills, Sydney enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
